Persis Consult was approached by a large German global diversified retail group to conduct a market research on a possible roll out strategy for the Iranian market.
Using Tehran as a base market, Persis Consult took a holistic approach to devising a leasing and acquisition strategy of “big box” retail sites in key locations in the city serviced by several strategic smaller storage units around the metropolitan area which in turn were fed by a large main central warehouse facility close to infrastructure links with each property playing a key role in the efficiency to the overall operation. We were able to call upon our contacts and resources to put together short lists of various retail, industrial and vacant land sites to put several options to the client to enable them to make informed property decisions to ensure the operational backbone of the business functioned efficiently.
